LIBERTY TOWNSHIP – Megan Roberts has dedicated her first year with our company to implementing a new operating system that has already revolutionized the way we do business. We made the decision to implement a new system that we hoped would support our new way of viewing work. We needed to rebuild our system from the ground up to ensure that our team was empowered to truly have work-life integration, and ensure that our clients still receive the high level of service that they’ve come to expect.

Our firm continues to show our industry that things can be done differently. Our team was awarded the Breakthrough Firm of the Year by Karbon in 2024 as a result of this new system that Megan and our team implemented.

Megan is one of the most thoughtful human beings I’ve ever met. She leaves notes of gratitude, tokens of appreciation and just all-around thoughtful gestures with everyone she interacts with. Her “abrupt but thoughtful” style of change management is something that people will be paying attention to for many years to come.
