Trumbull Art Gallery Finishes Renovations
WARREN – Trumbull Art Gallery now boasts a pottery studio, a clay hand-building classroom, 15 pottery wheels, a glaze kitchen, a new kiln system, a painting studio classroom and a photography darkroom. The additions resulted from an extensive four-year renovation completed in 2019, which included the installation of an accessible lift and modifications to the basement area.
This increased space allowed TAG to expand its outreach programming, says board member Stephanie Shaw.
In 2019, TAG’s gallery sales reached nearly $4,000, while gift shop sales totaled over $20,000. More than 75 local artists benefited from the services provided to them by TAG.
