Valor Recovery Center Adds Outpatient Detox
AUSTINTOWN – Valor Recovery Center has significantly expanded services since opening in July 2018 and plans to add more in 2020.
Last year, Valor added outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment to its roster of services, which include in-patient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment.
Valor hired 25 new employees in 2019, increasing its staff count to 34. And it invested in a new kitchen/dining room area to serve clients housed at the 50,000-square-foot, 33-bed facility.
The company also expanded and modernized the laundry facilities and added an emergency shelter to complement its backup emergency electric generating system.
“We are able to provide a full continuum of care for those suffering from addiction and mental health issues,” says James M. Conti Sr., chairman. “Our goal is to help people recover and maintain sobriety so they can receive custody of their children, get out of the legal system and become productive members of society.”
