Vidale’s C.T.K. Capital Group Buys Boardman Office Building for $1.57M

BOARDMAN, Ohio — Businessman Terril Vidale has purchased the office building at 819 McKay Court for $1,575,000, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.

C.T.K. Capital Group LLC, which lists its address at 23 Lisbon St. in Canfield, purchased the building from KY Investment Properties LLC. The deal closed June 17, records show.

The 50,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1985 and sits on 1.15 acres, just off U.S. Route 224.

Vidale formerly was the city of Youngstown’s coordinator of downtown events and special projects, and the owner of 2Deep Entertainment, which was based downtown.

Last April a group led by Vidale, LBF Capital Group, purchased three properties in Boardman and Canfield for $1.6 million.

In July 2020 another Vidale company, G.A.I. Capital Group LLC, purchased another three properties in Boardman and Canfield for $1.33 million.
