Volunteers Needed for WaterFire on Saturday

SHARON, Pa. – WaterFire Sharon organizers are requesting volunteers to help put on the first WaterFire event of the year on Saturday. A total of 350 volunteers are needed, with most jobs requiring a two-hour commitment, organizers said.

Jobs are available throughout the week leading up to the WaterFire events. Volunteer positions can be found at WaterFireSharonPA.com, along with details of what is required and what to wear.

“Whether you prefer to help stack wood, direct traffic to the appropriate areas for parking, attend to a parking lot, help in the luminary garden area, serve the volunteers lunch, register other volunteers, or help shoppers in the merchandise tent, we have a job that you can do,” said co-chairwoman Karen Winner Sed.
