YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Looking back at the third quarter of 2022, the S&P 500 started out strong, up 8.1% in July, but has now reached new lows this year.
“This has really been kind of a pretty one dimensional market that is obsessing around interest rate policy,” says Jonathan Lapine, certified public accountant and certified financial planner for W3 Wealth Management. “We definitely continue to have a very inflation sensitive market that is really looking at federal reserve policy.”
