WARREN, Ohio – On Tuesday, Gov. Mike DeWine will join local officials in Warren to break ground on a new $9 million industrial warehouse, a proof-of-concept investment that the developer, Sapientia Ventures LLC, hopes will spur additional development in and around the 86-acre site.
