White Glove Payroll Reports Rapid Growth

LIBERTY – White Glove Payroll experienced 80% growth in revenues during the previous fiscal year and added more than 350 clients.

“Despite our growth, we maintain our white glove customer service,” says Megan Jones,” marketing coordinator. “With an employee benefit of work anytime, anywhere, the team is able to meet the scheduling needs of all our clients.”

White Glove Payroll implemented new software last year that improves communication among team members and clients and aids in the effort to go paperless.

As a sister company of HD Davis Growth Partners, White Glove shared in the honors from Crain’s as one of the best employers and one of the best human resources teams.

Marcy Angelo, director of operations, in 2023 received the Outstanding Recent Alumni award from Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration.

The company’s community participation – working with HD Growth Partners – included a campaign that raised $15,305 for Sebastian’s Playgrounds.
