YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Area Jewish Federation has named Denise Wolf as the new executive director of the Jewish Community Center.
Most recently, she was chief operating officer for the Tucson Jewish Community Center, where she oversaw the center’s programs in early childhood, youth camping services, health and wellness, special needs services, and arts and culture.
“Denise is a fantastic addition to our senior management team at the Federation,” said federation CEO Andrew Lipkin in a statement.
Prior to her time in Arizona, Wolf was executive director of Congregation B’nai Israel and The Bridge of Central Massachusetts, a recreational and equine center for people with special needs.
“Denise is a great addition to our JCC and I look forward to working with her,” said Melissa Bateman, chairwoman of the Jewish Community Center’s advisory board.
