All forums will be held 5 to 7 p.m. at branches of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County. Meetings will be held Jan. 15 at the Boardman Library, Jan. 16 at the East Library, Jan. 17 at the Kusalaba Branch Library, Jan. 23 at the Austintown Library, Jan. 24 at the Main Library and Jan. 29 at the Newport Library.
WRTA has a completed market research among riders, the general public, staff and the business community and “is now conducting a review of the performance of each route and the system of routes generally, including a review against key development and demographic characteristics.”
