Youngstown Foundation Awards Score $10K
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Foundation has awarded the local Score chapter a $10,000 grant to support small-business assistance throughout 2019.
Among the Youngstown chapter’s upcoming programs are a free two-session workshop led by Alan Charity, owner of Alan B Charity Films and Alajam Solutions, on developing a local following on social media. The sessions will be held 6 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 20 and 23 at Oak Hill Collaborative.
In addition, Youngstown Score offers free mentoring and workshops on accounting, QuickBooks, business plan development and social media.
Houses at Youngstown State University, meetings with Score representatives are available during the mornings Monday through Friday, as well as monthly at the main branch of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County.
