YWCA to Hold Open House for Apartments
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The YWCA of Youngstown Rayen Apartments will hold an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday.
The apartments are located at 25 W. Rayen Ave. Tours will be offered at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.
The historic building houses 26 one-bedroom apartments and four efficiency apartments. Rental applications will be accepted from individuals interested in being placed on a waiting list.
The apartments provide subsidized housing for income-eligible individuals. Residents have access to a fitness room, computer lab, library, laundry facilities and on-site parking. The downtown building is handicapped accessible and on a bus-line.
