Morgen was a teenager as her family business was launching. After working in the business, and then pursuing outside interests for a year, she knew that working in Youngstown with her family was her true calling. Morgen has a strong background in small business development and growth and is familiar with all aspects of business management and marketing. Morgen launched a boutique marketing firm in 2020 that specializes in small- and family-owned businesses and nonprofits. She loves working one-on-one with clients to fully develop their brands and provide tangible results.
Morgen is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a masters in Digital Marketing and is Google Ad Certified. She lives in Youngstown with her husband Nick and their four dogs.
