Owner and general manager Theresa Viviano co-founded Brilliant Cleaning Service LLC in 2016 with now-husband, Paul Wilson. The family business that started as a residential cleaning company with four people now employs 47 and has experienced 21% revenue growth through expansion into commercial endeavors in five counties.
Viviano’s work ethic traces to her blue-collar upbringing in suburban Detroit; her leadership skills were first fostered through her role as the oldest daughter among five siblings. Viviano worked for several years in health care, studying to become a registered nurse while holding a job and raising a young family, and later becoming a surgical device educator and saleswoman. A mother of five grown children and nana to 10 grandchildren, she always wanted the opportunity to lead her own company and have flexibility to spend time with family.
Her compassion for others has translated to a supportive customer service style, and her dedication to family has translated to a management style that ensures employees receive what they need to succeed in both their work and personal lives.
