Shaylynn Gosney received her BA in Nursing from Kent State University in 2005. Upon graduation, she worked as a labor and delivery RN at Salem Community Hospital.
A mother of three boys, Shaylynn used what little spare time she found to earn her realtor license in 2014, and started her real estate career at Lakeside Realty. She subsequently made the decision to leave nursing and become a full-time business partner in real estate with her husband, Rollin, eventually moving to RE/MAX where they formed Team Gosney.
Rollin credits Shaylynn’s expertise and dedication as the driving force that made Team Gosney #1 in the tri-county area, selling for twice as many buyers as any other team. Shaylynn and Rollin formed TG Real Estate in 2020 and she earned her broker’s license in 2021. TG Real Estate is the Valley’s only brokerage that holds a Zillow Flex Partnership.
Shaylynn is also CFO of Motto Mortgage Driven and Gosney Homes and serves on the boards for the Youngstown Columbiana and Beaver Columbiana Association of Realtors®, as well as Multiple Listing Services for Northeast Ohio, Columbus, and the Firelands.
