‘Family First’ at OhanaLink Technologies

The OhanaLink Team, OhanaLink Technologies, Hermitage, Pa.

Lisa DiMuccio-Zgela, chief marketing officer at OhanaLink Technologies, nominated the entire team at the Hermitage, Pa., company.

“What makes our company great is our innovative environment, flexibility and the development of mobile tech solutions that are making a positive impact on social care issues,” DiMuccio-Zgela says. She asked each member of the team for his thoughts:

Amanda Bateman, senior support specialist: “My co-workers are professional, reliable, but most of all understanding and approachable.”

Tom McKinley, chief technology officer: “Our work environment is family- and life-friendly. Our mission is exciting and challenging and the product we continue to develop is literally life-changing to those that use it.”

Mark Blair, product engineer: “Life is better with a mission. Life is even better with a kinship of people striving to accomplish the same mission. Life is even better when your team is effective at serving their mission and making a measurable impact. Life is even better when accomplishing a meaningful mission supports you. Therefore, life is better working at OLT.”

Ashley Bateman, marketing manager: “I feel so fortunate to work for an inclusive company that pushes for positive social change through our technology.”

Tejita Rajbhandari, product engineer: “I find myself  lucky to have found such a great mission-driven team to work for right after college.”

 Alissa Jordan, chief compliance officer: “Our culture prioritizes the value of the quality of work we do by providing flexibility in when and where we work.”

Kalie Knight, tech support: “OhanaLink Technologies gives you opportunities to grow and all of the tools you need to succeed.”

Kristen Hillebrand, account representative: “Our leadership team appreciates what everyone brings to the team, and is a positive place to work.”

Kara Wasser, founder and CEO: “We are a performance-based organization, which empowers our employees to get their work done and balance their work/life accordingly.”
