PDMI Creates Culture Built on Well-Being

The human resources team at PDMI in Poland, led by director Lisa Durbin, actively works to create a culture built on the premise of improving the well-being of team members, clients and the community.

By using feedback from employee surveys, the team has cultivated an enriching employee experience and helped to elicit changes to PDMI’s benefits, compensation, and engagement strategy with its now hybrid workforce. These enhancements include increased compensation, opportunities for employees to connect with each other and commitment to diversity, training and development programs.

The team’s efforts have led to a rise in employee satisfaction. Employee turnover rates have declined, dropping from 15.1% in 2021 to 9.7% in 2022.
