Revenue Up at Avrem Technologies
CANFIELD, Ohio – Supply-chain disruptions remained a problem for Avrem Technologies in 2021.
But the managed IT services provider still reported a rise in revenue.
“We doubled revenue from the previous year and added another 50% on top of that in growth in additional sales, large projects and specialty consulting engagements, which includes ransomware investigations and remediation,” says Robert Merva, owner and CEO.
“This equates to a roughly 300% increase from pre-pandemic levels and all signs seem to indicate that will continue in 2022.”
Avrem added one staff member in 2021 and is in the process of hiring at least three more.
The Canfield-based company, which also has a Cleveland office, is looking to expand its footprint. “We’re setting our sights on Columbus and have two potential acquisitions on our radar in the area,” Merva says.
The company has implemented a system in which clients can submit orders for assistance.
“We’re calling it the Avrem Help Button,” Merva says. “It’s an actual button connected to your computer that allows you to contact our office and submit a ticket for an issue with one push.”
