Teachers Create Compassionate Environment

Teaching Staff, Potential Development School for Students with Autism, Youngstown

Each and every member of the Potential Development family plays an instrumental role in creating a culture of acceptance and inclusion, encompassing students, staff and administration alike.

It is, however, the profound impact made by our dedicated teachers that can often get overlooked. PD teachers work tirelessly to meet the unique needs of their students and ensure each child reaches his personal milestones. They strive to make students feel happy and cared for, and they do so quietly and without the need for recognition. By accepting nothing less than a caring and compassionate environment both inside and outside the classroom, our teachers are the framework for what makes Potential Development such a special place to work.
