WARREN, Ohio – Audrey Novotny is the CEO of Trumbull Mobile Meals and a 2023 Athena Award nominee.
Audrey’s career includes serving as a grant writer for AmeriCorps, as executive director for several drug and alcohol addiction recovery centers and in civil litigation as the point person for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in Charleston, S.C. She belongs to the Warren City Federation of Women’s Clubs and serves on the board of Chicks With Checks.
“As CEO, my mission is to continue the legacy of Trumbull Mobile Meals that Jean Schlecht and Pat Venetta built over 53 years ago,” Audrey says. “In the last few months, we have secured many new sources of funding through grants and donations, as well as a very generous donation of land to expand and grow our organization. I am dedicated to meeting the needs of the Mahoning Valley by ensuring that none of our neighbors are hungry.”
