BOARDMAN, Ohio – Theresa Viviano co-founded Brilliant Cleaning Service LLC in 2016 with her now-husband, Paul Wilson. The business that started as a residential cleaning company with four people now employs 49 and has experienced 26% revenue growth through expansion into commercial endeavors in five counties.
Viviano’s work ethic traces to her blue-collar upbringing; her leadership skills were fostered through her role as the oldest daughter among five siblings. Viviano worked for decades in health care, studying to become a registered nurse while holding a job and raising a family. A mother of five grown children and nana to 10 grandchildren, she always wanted to lead her own company and have flexibility to spend time with family.
