YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning Valley Real Estate Investors Association has been helping professionals in the home-rental field for over 45 years and is looking to add to its ranks. The nonprofit organization ensures ethical and responsible conduct and provides its members with a place to share ideas, says Jeff Rickerman, president.
It meets on the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Perkins restaurant in Austintown. There is a membership fee to join but it is free to attend the first meeting. Anyone who has an interest in buying, selling or renting real estate is welcome to join. To learn more, go to MahoningValleyREIA.com.
The association has over 80 members who are involved in the spectrum of real estate investments. This wide range of expertise offers members “amazing opportunities” to learn from each other, Rickerman says.
