YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – With more than 102 new agents, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty finished 2022 with nearly $750 million in sales volume, a 10% increase from 2021.
Although the pandemic impacted the housing market, Stouffer Realty was able to help an average of 13 families move every day in 2022, says Kevin Leonard, president and chief operating officer.
“The COVID-19 pandemic presented us with unprecedented challenges. But we were determined to come out on the other side stronger than ever before. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our team, we were able to pivot and adapt to the changing landscape,” Leonard says.
Stouffer Realty found success by consistently placing people first, according to Leonard. “As community leaders, we believe giving back to local organizations is important,” he says.
With 14 offices and nearly 400 agents, Stouffer Realty has supported organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Meals on Wheels and The Northwood Charitable Foundation, and has volunteered at local events.
Stouffer Realty agents provide real estate and lifestyle planning, annual real estate portfolio reviews and guides and resources on topics such as moving with pets and children; whether to move, improve or relocate; and how to enhance property value.
Together with the Pennsylvania-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty, the combined company ranked 27th in the industry based on RealTrends data.
