SHARON, Pa. – Despite political challenges abroad, economic uncertainties and increasing inflation in 2022, Gilbert’s Risk Solutions kept its focus on providing excellent service.
“With a customer-centric model, 2022 proved to be another growth year for Gilbert’s,” Lew Kachulis, company president, says.
Gilbert’s saw business grow more than 10% heading into 2023.
“This growth was attributed to Gilbert’s talented team, which has remained committed to providing our customers with service beyond insurance,” Kachulis says. “Our team at Gilbert’s has always confronted challenges with a sense of vigor and grace.”
To begin 2023, Gilbert’s hired new employees in personal insurance, commercial Insurance, group health benefits and marketing.
“A personal insurance risk adviser will help enhance customer service satisfaction for our clients,” Kachulis says.
A commercial Insurance risk manager was hired to focus on northeastern Ohio, while a marketing employee will focus on increasing Gilbert’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
Finally, a benefits risk manager will work with companies looking to reduce their health benefits costs.
“Technology investments will be made to enhance customer service,” Kachulis adds. “These improvements will allow for greater efficiency and provide opportunities for continued growth in all departments.”
