AUSTINTOWN – New Day Recovery, an On Demand company, will open a new flagship facility this year, possibly as soon as March.
The inpatient addiction treatment center will feature gyms, outdoor recreation and salon services all while providing world-class care, says Ruth M. Bowdish, managing director.
Austintown-based On Demand’s divisions also include occupational medicine, immediate care, primary care and counseling.
The company increased accessibility to testing, treatment and care in 2022, Bowdish says.
On Demand Occupational Medicine promotes safe work environments through drug-free programs, training and consultation services. It also provides physicals and drug testing.
The Immediate Care segment treats many common injuries, such as burns, sprains and fractures as well as illnesses, women’s health, pediatrics and skin issues, on a walk-in basis.
Looking ahead, the company will focus on internal system improvement with new software system implementation, health fairs, virtual medicine and educational programs, Bowdish says.
The company started 15 years ago as drug testing company and is now one the largest providers of occupational services and recovery services in northeastern Ohio.
