Sales Rise as LED3 Keeps Pace with Innovations

CANFIELD – LED3 experienced a surge in sales of indoor and outdoor displays in late 2022. That trend is continuing into 2023.

The company, a provider of LED displays, says it has two high-profile projects in the pipeline.

LED3 will complete an installation at the Capitol Visitors Center in Washington, D.C., in the first quarter of this year. In the second quarter, it will install an outdoor screen at Eldora Speedway in western Ohio.

A growing partnership with a Chinese manufacturer has allowed LED3 to provide bright, affordable high-resolution displays.

“The manufacturer is open to design alterations, giving us more flexibility in the products we offer to our customers,” says Brian Barry, technical sales manager.

While LED3’s business model centers around indoor installations and rentals, the expansion into local outdoor signage has been smooth. “Our attention to detail and the ability to find the right product for our clients carries through on every project,” says Clare Neff, chief marketing officer.

Another product line of LED3 is display rentals. Starting with mobile LED displays, the company has since added indoor screens.

Over the years, the panels that make up the displays have improved in resolution, weight, damage control and the processing of the displays. LED3 has kept up with the innovations and recently acquired a new product for its rental inventory, Neff says.

Mobile displays are an important part of the rental offerings and this year, the screens on the trailers will be updated to a new 3.9-millimeter product, making these the brightest, highest resolution displays in the country.

“We were one of the first integrators of affordable mobile displays in the United States,” says rentals manager Kristen Stuhlmann.

LED3, founded in 2000 by Bruce and Clare Neff as a production and event staging company, has seven full-time employees and a pool of freelance engineers.
