CHESTER, W.Va. — True North is a team of 50 professionals with decades of experience in bookkeeping, revenue cycle management (RCM) and consulting.
“Our focus is on building scalable business systems that enable our clients to grow quickly when they may not have the in-house tools and resources,” says Charles Bailey, founder and president.
True North doubled in size in 2022 and plans more growth, he says.
“We have added to our bookkeeping, business solutions and RCM teams as well as adding paid internships for students attending The Ohio State University, West Virginia University and Youngstown State University,” he says.
At WVU, the firm partnered with the Health Informatics and Information Management program to provide hands-on training for students.
“Health care revenue cycle management is all about managing big data [by] using leading edge tools to analyze claim data and transform that data into information payers need to properly reimburse health care providers,” Bailey says.
