Bin There Dump That Aims For Customer Satisfaction

CANFIELD, Ohio – Bin There Dump That, Youngstown Dumpsters is continuing its expansion in the Mahoning and Shenango valleys.

The company serves homeowners by doing cleanouts and renovations, and contractors working on residential remodeling, roofing, restoration and other jobs.

The company was started in 2016 after the husband-wife team of Bruce and Loy Kozak noticed that the dumpster rental experience was rarely good. The couple were in the real estate business and focused on renovating rental properties.

Jim Dickens is the field operations supervisor for Bin There Dump That.

“With a dumpster rental experience including scraped driveways, calls going to voicemail, dumpsters taking up twice the required space, tri-axles arriving onto the property to deliver and pick up the bins, poor compliance to delivery and pickup dates, we figured there had to be a better way,” Bruce Kozak says.

That’s why Bin There Dump dumpsters are well maintained, clean and painted green, and will not detract from a home’s appearance, he says.  They are the most compact in the industry. All are fitted with twin-entry doors for easier, more efficient and safer loading and are placed on driveway protection boards.

Unlike many haulers, Bin There uses smaller trucks that position the bin in the most practical location, according to Kozak.

The twin-entry doors not only allow for walk-in loading, but because their swing-radius is only half the bin width, the bins can be positioned closer to buildings.

Bin There Dump That was founded in 2002. Based in Ontario, Canada, last year it passed the 200-franchise milestone, according to the company.

The Kozaks’ franchise achieved the company’s award of excellence for 2021, an honor that placed the local business ahead of several dozen franchisees.

The Canfield-based office employs 35 and operates seven days a week.
