CANFIELD, Ohio – Burgan Real Estate experienced record-breaking sales in 2021, with 737 units sold and over $126 million in total revenue.
Market conditions helped drive the performance, says co-owner Patrick Burgan. The agency also had its highest number of agents earning the President’s Club Sales Award for topping $2 million for the third consecutive year.
“While we are proud of our agents’ performance, the true victory comes in the form of the type of agents we choose to be a part of our tradition of honesty and transparency,” says Sue Filipovich, co-owner.
Filipovich is the daughter of the late Leon Turek, who founded the firm with John Burgan, the father of Patrick Burgan.
“We love having agents that value what the Burgan name means and that building a better future means they have to perform at their best,” she says.
The company regained its title of official real estate agency of Youngstown State University athletics in 2021, while Patrick Burgan became the only two-year term president of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors.
Burgan Real Estate also adopted a new logo and some new marketing strategies in 2021. It sponsors a contest at YSU basketball games in which students can win free tuition.
