COLUMBIANA, Ohio – The Clark Carney Realty Group was formed last July by a group of experienced agents who have worked together in the past.
Jean Cusick, a 35-year real estate veteran, is at the helm as broker. The agency is co-owned by Richard Clark and Sean Carney, who are also agents. The group formed Clark Carney Realty after recognizing the need in the area surrounding the city of Columbiana and southern Mahoning County.
“As a smaller company with committed agents, we can learn, adapt and compete in our always changing local real estate environment faster than the big box brands,” the owners say in a news release.
CCRG’s operational and growth plans are notably different than that of the large realty companies that serve the area, they add.
“These big brands must constantly focus on adding new agents, ever increasing their office size,” the owners say. “At Clark Carney, we are focused on adding experienced local agents who know how to best serve the residents of the communities we live in.”
The company started with five agents; it now has 16.
