GIRARD, Ohio – Master Security Inc. has posted double-digit growth for 13 consecutive years, says Steven B. Ruggles, director of operations. Sales increased by 10% in 2021. The uniformed security division showed a 10% rise and the pre-employment background check program increased by 12%.
Master Security, based in Girard, employs 85 full- and part-time security officers at 35 locations in the area.
The company will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year.
“We owe our success to all of our dedicated employees who work 24 hours a day, seven days a week through icy, cold winters and hot, humid summers to provide great service to our clients,” Ruggles says.
Master Security also provides electronic fingerprinting and drug testing, including saliva and hair-follicle testing.
