BOARDMAN – Since opening in October 2018, More Options Realty has enjoyed double-digit growth annually, including 2021 when it realized $36.1 million in sales, up 44% from 2020.
Agent count increased 32% last year, reports Jason Neapolitan, owner and director of operations. The agency employs 41. Last year, it expanded into Pennsylvania and Florida. It is provisionally licensed in North Carolina.
Neapolitan attributes the agency’s growth to its simplified approach and focus on agent success. “MOR provides leads, conversion education, cutting-edge technology and everything an agent needs to succeed,” he says.
Co-owner and broker Chuck Rosile, a licensed appraiser, gives agents an advantage as he helps to prepare and review comparative market analyses.
A “sizeable amount” of the agency’s profits are reinvested into the company, says Bill Liptak, controller and assistant director of operations. Investments include high-tech customer relationship management software and artificial intelligence assistants.
In late 2021, the More Property Management Co. was created to manage the rental properties of investor clients. This year, More Options looks to recruit more agents, expand its presence in existing markets as well as other states, and focus on digital marketing.
