Livi Steel Achieves Increase in Sales

WARREN — Livi Steel Inc. maintained operations in 2020, and recorded an increase in business year-over-year.

Livi, which has manufactured structural steel since 1977, reports an estimated $16 million in sales for the year, up from just over $12 million in 2019, says spokeswoman Ashley Morrow.

The company worked through the year with no layoffs to its staff of 30 and hired a handful of workers, she notes.

Livi Steel’s forecast in 2021 is unknown because of the pandemic and an unexpected surge in estimated sales in the last half of 2020, Morrow says.
