CORTLAND — The Seasons Residences, a 132-unit condo-like apartment complex at 150 Seasons Blvd., celebrated its grand opening in December, marking the completion of the two-year, $20 million construction project.
“We were able to provide work for many different construction companies, in all trades, as well as landscapers, lawn care and snow plow companies, while also creating two full-time jobs,” says Mark Beith, controller. “We plan to create even more jobs in the future.”
Each one-floor unit has a private entrance and attached two-car garage. Eighty units are filled, Beith says, and the remainder should be filled by March.
While COVID protocols prevented a full complement of activities and events for residents, the complex did show its appreciation with a chili dinner.
“Residents drove through the clubhouse parking lot to get dinner and dessert delivered right to their car,” he says. “We plan to continue to do that for our residents annually, while adding many more events, activities, amenities and community opportunities.”
