SALEM – Myers Family Insurance is preparing to move to a new office in Greenford this year. With that new office, says managing partner Ann Myers, will come new staff.
“Our goal is to move into our new office building located on Lisbon Road in Greenford sometime this summer,” she says. “As our production grows, there is a need for more help servicing our clients and those we have yet to meet.”
With six full-time employees, the Myers Insurance team guided clients through the challenges of COVID-19, whether it was explaining Medicare to clients who had never dealt with it before or helping those who found themselves unemployed.
“We had to be smart about how we handled our business, but being available to those who need us was one of the most important factors,” says managing partner Jim Myers.
Looking back at 2020, the Myers say the biggest factor to the growth of their firm is its team.
“We could tell them everyday how much we appreciate them, but it would not do justice to the debt of gratitude we owe them for helping us evolve,” the couple says. “They worked tirelessly, long days and long weeks, and never complained. We trust them completely. To Adam, Heather, Andrea, and Savannah, we love all of you and thank you for always being there for us.”
