CANFIELD — Samantha Aldish, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty, closed $9.8 million in sales in 2020, led by sales in April and May.
Aldish’s homes sold units improved 33% from 2019. Year-over-year, her sales volume is up 64% and listed volume is up 113%. The average home price in the Mahoning Valley is up 3% annually and Aldish’s business increased 19%.
For the last two years, Aldish has been part of the firm’s Associated Leadership Council, which is composed of the top 20% agents in the company. She also received the President’s Sales Club Award in 2019 and 2020 and is among the top 10% of agents in the state.
In 2021, Aldish plans to sell more than 100 homes and looks to use the best systems and technology to flourish in the real estate industry, she says. She joined the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors as a director and serves as a member of the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley Women’s United Group.
Throughout the pandemic, Aldish offered virtual tours of homes and hosted video conferences for buyers. She has abided safety precautions such as carrying sanitizing wipes, extra masks and sanitizer for clients.
