WARREN – Because of the pandemic, ServiceMaster by Lewis Construction’s sales were flat for the first time in a decade last year. But the company is already seeing signs that business is returning to normal, according to Kevin Wyndham, managing partner.
“Overall, we’ve been blessed with almost 30% average annual growth over the last 12 years and we’re expecting to get back on track this year,” he says.
Employee and customer safety has always been at the forefront of the company’s priorities, because there are many latent and visible hazards in this field. Adding COVID-19 to the mix increased the safety protocols, including the addition of new training and safety courses.
Servicemaster by Lewis was established in 2009 in Warren, and has since added offices in Boardman, Mentor and Akron. Its services include smoke and fire, and water and flood mitigation, mold remediation, cleanup from vandalism, trauma and biohazards (including contaminations such as COVID), hoarding, infestations, storm and vehicle damage.
